Shipping policy
At TucTucs, we strive to provide our customers with the best service possible, including timely shipping of your orders. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle the shipping process.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers, including GLS, UPS, Purulator and Canpar. The carrier selected for your order will depend on your location and the best shipping method available at the time. We now also offer local pick up at the TucTucs Treat Factory in Brantford.
Order Processing
We aim to process and ship orders within a few days to a week of receiving them. However, during busier periods, such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may take up to two weeks. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Local Pickup – Treat Factory
We’re happy to offer local pickup from our treat factory!
Local pickup orders will be placed in the Package Pickup box located at the end of our driveway, clearly labelled for easy access. Our address will be provided upon placing your order.

Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Orders will be ready for pickup during these hours once you receive your pickup confirmation.
If you’d like to pick up outside of these hours or on the weekend, please reach out to us in advance. We’re happy to coordinate and ensure your order is placed in the pickup box for you.
If you arrive during pickup hours and your order is not in the box, please ring the doorbell located above the pickup box, and someone will be out shortly to assist you.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: Orders over $85 (before taxes and after discounts) ship free.
- Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $85 ship for a flat rate of $15.
Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary depending on your location, the shipping method, and the carrier. Please note that these times are estimates provided by the carriers and may be subject to delays.
Responsibility for Delays and Lost Packages
While we work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery, please note that we are not responsible for the following:
- Delays caused by weather, strikes, or other unforeseen conditions.
- Lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
- Delays caused by the carrier or errors on the part of the shipping company.
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the provided tracking number to stay updated on your package's progress.
