At TucTucs, we’re more than just a treat company—we’re pet people with a purpose. Every product we make is a reflection of our values: simple, honest ingredients, thoughtfully prepared, and always with the health of pets and the planet in mind.

Our treats are single-ingredient and species-appropriate, because we believe less is more when it comes to nourishing our furry family members. Each batch is handmade in Ontario with care, using ethically sourced ingredients we’d be proud to feed our own pets (and do!).

What really sets us apart? We’re all-in on sustainability. Our treats are packaged in BPI-certified compostable bags, so retailers can offer something that’s better for pets and the planet. Plus, with multiple freeze dryers running, you can count on us for consistent quality and reliable restocks—no surprises, just great treats.

We currently offer a variety of single-ingredient, freeze-dried treats made from high-quality proteins and produce—perfect for both dogs and cats. From everyday favourites to unique options, there's something for every pet's palate.

But we’re just getting started! We’re always working on expanding our lineup and testing new treats to keep things fresh. We also have big plans for seasonal and holiday specials, so stay tuned for festive surprises.

Every TucTucs treat is made with just one simple ingredient—that’s it. No additives, no preservatives, and absolutely nothing you can’t pronounce. We believe pets deserve real, whole food, so we freeze-dry each ingredient at peak freshness to lock in nutrients and flavour naturally.

To keep things fresh until you’re ready to open the bag, we include a food-safe oxygen absorber and silica pack before heat-sealing each pouch. It’s our way of making sure what you open is just as fresh as the day we packed it.

We’re here to make partnering with us as easy—and rewarding—as possible. Here’s what you can expect when you stock TucTucs:

– We offer training (virtual or in-person) to help your team confidently speak to the benefits of freeze-dried, single-ingredient treats.

– We have educational flyers and protein guides available upon request to support your in-store setup.

– While we’re a small business with a growing reach, we do our best to support store events when we can—whether that’s through participation or donations, depending on our marketing budget.

– We’re always happy to answer questions, brainstorm ideas, or take feedback. Think of us as a small but mighty part of your extended team.

We’ll keep you in the loop by email with all the important stuff—product updates, promotions, and seasonal launches. We keep it thoughtful and relevant (no inbox clutter here!).

Once you're logged into your wholesale account, you’ll be able to view your exclusive pricing and place orders directly through our website. We accept payment by credit card at checkout or via e-transfer to hello@tuctucstreats.ca. After your order is placed, you’ll receive a detailed invoice by email for your records.

We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible!

Most wholesale orders ship within 5-7 business days. Orders ship via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator, depending on location and order size.

$20 flat rate
FREE over orders of $300

Please keep in mind that we’re a small-batch company, focused on freshness. While we keep some stock on hand, inventory is limited to ensure optimal quality. If we need to whip up a fresh batch to complete your order, it may add a short delay—never more than a week. If it looks like it’ll take longer, we’ll reach out and keep you in the loop.

Payment Methods
Online Orders: Full payment processed at checkout via debit or credit card, with QuickBooks receipt provided.

E-transfers: Accepted at hello@tuctucstreats.ca, payment due upon order arrival.

Cheques: Available on a case by case basis.

Extended Payment Options
We understand the importance of cash flow in growing businesses. Extended payment terms are available for established accounts with consistent payment history.

Payment Guidelines
As a small business ourselves, we understand the ups and downs of cash flow. At the same time, timely payments are essential for us to keep producing the high-quality treats your customers love.

If we notice payments running more than two weeks late on multiple orders, we'll need to switch to prepayment for future orders. We know things happen so please reach out as a quick conversation can go a long way in finding solutions that work for everyone.
